How much does shipping cost?
There is a flat $5 shipping fee. An order of $47 or more qualifies for free shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time varies depending on your location. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, orders typically arrive within 4-6 days.
Where do you ship to?
At this time, we ship to the contiguous 48 states in the US, and to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses within that area. We currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Paco Jones does not currently ship internationally.
How can I edit or cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within a few hours of placement, as long as our speedy processors have not gotten it out already. Your confirmation email has instructions on how to cancel and you will receive confirmation of your cancellation if we’re able to make it happen before it ships.
If you have already received a tracking email, it may be impossible to cancel your order but reach out to us to discuss further.
Once an order is placed we may not be able to edit or add items. Please email us with your request and we’ll see what we can make happen!
Can I return an item?
Paco Jones stands by every recipe we make. If something is not right, we want to make it better. If you aren’t satisfied with your order, please email us and we’ll be in touch.
What types of payment do you accept?
Paco Jones accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal Wallet, and Shop Pay. For recurring product subscriptions: we support Visa and Mastercard cards, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
How do I track my delivery?
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
My order was marked as delivered, but it's not here. Help!
We’ve been there. Here are some things that have worked for us in the past to find a package. If no one was home at the time of delivery and accepted the order without telling you (Mom!), the carrier often leaves the package in a safe location. Go check behind bushes and fences. Check with neighbors and/or building management as they sometimes collect packages while people are away. If you still can’t find the order, go back to your original confirmation email and check the shipping address of your order to make sure you did not accidentally ship it to a neighbor or your old place. If you still are unable to locate the package, please reach out to the carrier specifically but also please reach out to us.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry that your Paco Jones arrived damaged! Please email us with a photo of the damaged shipment for further assistance.
What if I received the wrong item in my order?
We’re sorry that you did not receive your ordered item! Please email us with a photo of the item you received along with the name of the item missing in your shipment.
How do I apply a promo or discount code?
Please type in your promo or discount code in the “Discount code” field during checkout and click “apply”. Only one code can be applied per order.
Any discounts for subscriptions?
Yep! Every subscription order receives a 15% discount.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
You can skip a subscription delivery or cancel anytime! Once you subscribe you’ll receive your individualized link to a subscription page where you can manage every detail. You can pause it, change the frequency, or cancel.

What is Mexican Ketchup and Mexican Barbecue Sauce?
You won’t find Mexican Ketchup and Mexican Barbecue Sauce in Mexico. We took the authentic Mexican flavors that our Mexican-American founder grew up with and united them with modern American favorite condiments. The result is a completely unique take on ketchup and barbecue sauce that combines Mexican soul and American ease.
How spicy is it?
Not Too Sweet, Not Too Spicy. Mexican Ketchup is made with real jalapeno and chipotle peppers for a mildly spicy flavor. Mexican Barbecue Sauce is made with real fresno peppers and chile pequin for a vinegar-forward slightly more spicy accent.
Where is Paco Jones made?
Paco Jones is made in the USA at a facility that goes above and beyond to ensure the safety and quality of the products.
Is it gluten-free? Vegan? What's it made of?
Yes, Paco Jones is gluten-free and vegan. We don't use any seed oils nor dairy, soy or nuts.
Should I refrigerate Paco Jones? What's the shelf life?
Paco Jones will stay freshest after opening if you put it in the refrigerator and keep it sealed. As long as you keep an opened bottle sealed and refrigerated you should not see flavor or texture changes.
Paco Jones is fanatical about the quality of our ingredients. For that reason, we use no preservatives. Paco Jones condiments are guaranteed fresh for 18 months from production date for an unopened bottle.
Is Paco Jones packaging recyclable?
Yes! Our bottle is HDPE (high density polyethylene) and is curbside recyclable. Check with your local recyclable hauler for instructions.
Does the Paco Jones bottle contain BPA?
No! Our bottle contains no BPA.
